Big Apple Bowl

This is a large, sturdy red clay bowl that I made for mixing batter or displaying fruit. It is hand thrown, glazed and decorated with a still life of apples. Two lugged handles compliment this bowls generous form enhancing its functionality and profile. Fired so hot that the bowl rigs like a bell! Capacity is approximately 3/4 gallon .This bowl features a non lead glaze-  as are all of the pots I make!
