At Roxanne's Dried Flowers, we want you to be delighted with your botanical treasures. If your arrangement arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, we accept returns on non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage the dried florals in their original protective wrap and shipping box to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we inspect the returned botanicals, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
